Bedsheets & linen

Sell bedsheets and household linen in Dubai

Bedsheets, duvet covers, blankets, towels and curtains: household linen is the heaviest fabric in the house, and weight is exactly what we pay for. A linen closet clear-out often adds more to the scale than a full wardrobe.

That weight matters because our rate climbs with the load: linen on its own can carry a pickup past the 20 kg tier, and added to a clothes clear-out it is the shortcut to the top of the ladder.

Minimum 10 kg per pickup, all items combined

We buy

  • Bedsheets and duvet covers
  • Blankets and light quilts
  • Bath and kitchen towels
  • Curtains, with or without hooks
  • Tablecloths and covers

Leave these out

  • Pillows, cushions and mattresses
  • Heavy stains or mildew
  • Anything damp, linen holds moisture
  • Shredded or threadbare pieces

Clean, dry and wearable is the one rule. We check at the door before weighing, so anything torn, stained or broken stays out of the bag.

What does it weigh?

  • A double bedsheet≈ 0.6 kg
  • A bath towel≈ 0.5 kg
  • A blanket≈ 1.5 kg
  • One shelf of a linen closet≈ 7 kg

Linen is the quiet heavyweight: two shelves can match an entire wardrobe of clothes on the scale. If you are close to a tier, the linen closet is where the missing kilos are.

The same three rates as everything else

  • 10–19 kgAED 1.50
  • 20–60 kgAED 2.00
  • Above 60 kgUp to AED 2.50

Everything goes on one scale, clothes and all, and the total weight picks the rate for the whole load.

Good to know

Do you buy curtains with the hooks still on?

Yes, hooks and rings can stay. Take them off only if you plan to reuse them; we buy the fabric either way and the few grams of plastic make no difference to the scale.

Towels too? They see a lot of use.

Towels are fine as long as they are clean, dry and not threadbare. A towel you would still hang for a guest is a towel we will buy; one going bald in patches belongs in the bin, not the bag.

Why not pillows and mattresses?

Hygiene. Filled items cannot be washed and resold the way fabric can, so pillows, cushions and mattresses are the one household category we never collect, whatever their condition.

Do hotels and holiday homes sell linen this way?

Constantly. Linen refresh cycles produce hundreds of kilos at a time, which is beyond a doorstep pickup: for anything around 250 kg or more we run scheduled bulk collections instead.

The linen closet is hiding kilos.
