The rate covers the whole load: 25 kg pays AED 2.00 on every kilo, not just the ones past 20.

Everything we collect is sorted and graded by hand, then put back into use. That is the whole model, and it is why condition is the one thing we are strict about.
Resold here
Good pieces are graded and go back into circulation through second-hand markets across the UAE, where there is steady demand for quality clothing at a fair price.
Sent where they are wanted
Much of what we collect is exported to markets where good second-hand clothing is genuinely sought after, and where a jacket or a pair of jeans gets years more wear.
Kept out of landfill
Every kilo that goes back into a wardrobe is a kilo that never becomes waste. That only works if what we collect is wearable, so please keep damaged items out of the bag.
We pay for clothes someone else will wear, not for what belongs in the bin.
Before you bag up
What we take
We buy clothes that someone else can wear. Everything is checked at your door before we weigh it, so it is worth a quick look through the bag first.
We buy these
- Men's, women's and children's clothing
- Shoes, sandals and bags in wearable condition
- Abayas, kanduras and jackets
- Bedsheets, towels and curtains
- Belts, scarves and caps
- Anything clean, dry and still wearable
We cannot take these
- Torn, ripped or badly worn clothing
- Wet, mouldy or soiled items
- Anything stained with oil, paint or chemicals
- Single shoes without their pair
- Pillows, mattresses and cushions
- Used underwear
No need to sort, and no need to wash everything, but it does have to be clean, dry and wearable. If you would not pass it to a friend, please leave it out of the bag.

Questions people ask first
Is the pickup really free?
Yes. There is no collection charge, and no charge at all if you look at the weight and decide not to sell. You are never out of pocket for having us come.
How is the price per kilo decided?
By weight, on the scale in front of you: 10–19 kg pays AED 1.50 per kilo, 20–60 kg pays AED 2.00, and loads above 60 kg earn up to AED 2.50. The rate applies to your whole load, so a bigger clear-out pays more on every kilo.
Is there a minimum amount?
We collect from 10 kg upward. Below that, the trip costs us more than the load is worth. If you are close to 10 kg, message us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether to go ahead or wait until you have more.
Do I need to wash or sort the clothes?
Sorting is our job, so nothing needs separating. Washing is not required either, but everything must be clean, dry and wearable. We do not buy torn, stained or unusable clothing, and we check at the door before weighing, so leaving it out saves us both time.
How do I know the weight is correct?
We weigh on a digital scale in front of you, at your door. You read the number yourself and agree the rate and the total before any money or bags change hands.
How quickly can you come?
Often the same day. Message us on WhatsApp and we will give you the next available slot in your area.
How do you pay?
Cash, in your hand, at your door, on the same visit. Nothing to wait for and nothing to transfer.
